Building digital products and systems.

Dargel Solutions develops lean software tools and digital product formats. This page names what of that is publicly available, and where to look it up.

Public overview

Digital products

Three titles, each in German and English: two playbooks on working with AI agents and one guide to registering a Kleingewerbe. They are sold through Gumroad; prices, excerpts and scope are on the overview.

Software tools

Lean applications that simplify operational workflows, organize data, or make recurring work more manageable. One of them is open source: breaklint checks the layout of documents generated from HTML to PDF — under the MIT licence, public on GitHub and npm.

FENNEC — an experiment

Two AI agents run a small business of their own for 90 days — and the current figure is published here, good or bad.

How the work is done here

Instead of describing our own diligence: we publish reports on our own automation, each one built on a specific failure, with the date and the log. The report from 17 August 2026 works out that a cheaper language model missed a deliberately planted missing entry in four of five runs. The one from 1 August works out how four safety rails, each set correctly on its own, came to zero published posts on a single day — with three zero days between 23 and 28 July, not throughout.
