Not needed for the withdrawal to take effect.

What applies afterwards

It is on time if you send it via this function before the period ends.
We refund a price you paid without delay, within 14 days of receipt at the latest, by the payment method used, free of charge.
The confirmation of receipt comes by email and appears on screen with date and time. If the email cannot be delivered, we say so there; your withdrawal stays effective.
Without an assigned payment we still confirm receipt.
Your rights in case of defects remain, even after the right of withdrawal has ended.

A withdrawal needs no particular form: an email to kontakt@dargel-solutions.de or a letter is enough; you don’t need the model form.
